Beatrice Weiss, Owner
Bea is a degreed professional with over 20 years of accounting experience and international business management. She was instrumental in setting up the operation for a Swiss Machine manufacturer who expanded from Europe to the U.S.A. Her personality combined with her strength in analytical and organizational structures led her to specialize in accounting management and consultancy for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Beatrice, a native of Switzerland, not only approaches business needs with a dedication for details, state of the art procedures but also with a multicultural attitude and a personal touch.
When not working Beatrice spends her free time taking African dance and drum classes. She has travelled to West Africa numerous times to learn about the culture and the dance. She supports the African Arts and Dance community in various ways.
Aygul Moran, Senior Bookkeeper
Aygul is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of bookkeeping experience. She has been an integral part of our team since 2012, bringing expertise in managing complex financial records with precision. Aygul ensures that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and maintained, demonstrating exceptional skills in financial analysis and reporting.
Aygul's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity has been invaluable to our organization. Her deep understanding of financial systems and dedication to detail have made her a trusted resource for our clients. Her multicultural background and empathetic approach allow her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
When not working, Aygul enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, which help her maintain a balanced lifestyle. She is also an avid curler, participating in various curling events and staying active in her community.
Iwona Hess, Bookkeeper
Iwona’s journey as a bookkeeper started in 2010, working in the family business. Eventually, this became a full-time career she truly enjoys. Today, she brings that same personal touch to every client, treating each business as if it were her own.
With a detail-oriented mindset, Iwona takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes. She knows that reliable bookkeeping isn’t just about numbers, but also about building trust and supporting a business’s long-term success.
When she’s not working, Iwona enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and many pets. She also loves to travel, get lost in a good book, and spend time outside in her garden whenever she can.
